Processing Time

Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (London)

Order Handling Time: 0-1 days (Monday - Friday)

Transit Time: 5-7 days ( Monday - Friday)

Delivery time: 5 - 8 days (Monday - Friday)

During peak seasons or times of high order volume, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any delays directly.

Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status and delivery date of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

Spireoak ships to most addresses within the United Kingdom; however, certain restrictions apply:

  • PO Boxes & BFPO Addresses: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or certain BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses due to courier limitations.
  • Remote & Offshore Locations: Deliveries to remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands, may be subject to longer delivery times or additional shipping fees.
  • Weather & Safety Delays: Deliveries may be delayed in areas affected by severe weather or events beyond our control.
  • Age-Restricted Items: We do not deliver products to individuals under the legal purchasing age for the items ordered, where applicable.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and accessible for delivery. Spireoak is not responsible for delays or issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Delays and Carrier Issues

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated time-frame, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, carrier disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. Spireoak is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Spireoak is committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely. In the event of a lost or damaged package, please follow these guidelines:

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items and contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will help you file a claim with the carrier or provide a replacement if necessary.
  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or building management to confirm it wasn’t delivered to a nearby location. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you enter an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@spireoak.com. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order is already in transit, the customer is responsible for any additional fees to re-ship the package to the correct address.
